AIB · Artificial Intelligence Bureau
Why isn’t ChatGPT recommending your business?
Find out what configured AI systems currently say. Paste a company name or domain, then open a Pulse investigation. Pulse uses three prompt types and is labeled LOW confidence. Deeper intelligence is a paid Case — modules, depth, and coverage you choose.

What an investigation returns
Your investigation fills these scores. Labels only — not a fabricated case study.
What AIB measures
- Unbranded discovery: do you appear when the buyer does not type your name?
- Mentions versus recommendations — showing up is not the same as being suggested.
- Cited domains on grounded answers.
- Who else is named on the same questions.
How the Bureau works
- Enter a company or domain. City and category improve prompt quality; Pulse can start with defaults.
- AIB runs three unique prompt types against configured engines.
- You get a Presence Score, a prompt matrix, and sources — not a public customer report URL.
- Reports stay private. They are noindexed.
What this is not
- This checker does not prove what every ChatGPT user sees in the consumer app.
- A missing mention is not proof that a competitor paid for placement.
- We will not open another customer’s investigation.
Questions
Is the checker free?
Pulse is free. It is a limited investigation: three prompt types, LOW confidence. A Quick Case is 9 Bureau Credits. Add modules from there.
Will this get me mentioned in ChatGPT?
No. AIB measures perception and hands a correction kit for the public web. It cannot write into ChatGPT.
Why doesn’t ChatGPT know my business?
Common causes we measure: weak retrieval, missing entity facts, stronger competitor citations, or a name the models do not associate with your category. The investigation shows which of those appear.
